You can help stop an injustice that has subjected managers nationwide to bankruptcy, foreclosure, divorce, suicide and other personal tragedies.

Personal managers have forfeited or been forced to negotiate away $500,000,000 in earned compensation due to the California Talent Agencies Act (TAA), which for decades has violated the constitutional rights of personal managers — until now!

The National Conference of Personal Managers (NCOPM), with the support of the Music Managers Forum - US (MMF-US) and the Talent Managers Association (TMA), has petitioned the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit to declare the TAA unconstitutional and to enjoin the California Labor Commissioner from enforcing the TAA.

Your tax-deductible contribution* will help stop the TAA and allow personal managers to engage in their chosen occupation without fear of government-ordered forfeiture and other civil rights violations. $100,000 must be raised NOW to pay attorneys for this lawsuit.

* Your contribution may be tax deductible as a business expense. Consult your tax adviser.

National Conference of Personal Managers Inc. is a Nevada Non-Profit Corporation.
